Coffee, tea, or still water. Ten minutes to settle. Your practitioner greets you by name and walks you back — no waiting room drift.

Thirty to ninety minutes of actual service. Conversation if you want, quiet if you don't. We follow your lead.
After
We write down what we did, what we noticed, and what we'd recommend for next time. You decide when next time is.
